Category · Manifesto
The category is Merchant Growth OS. It didn't exist. So we built it.
Loyalty software is a dashboard nobody opens. Coupon systems subsidize customers who were converting anyway. Points are debt with a marketing skin. Merchants deserve an operating system — not another point solution.

Operating system, seven surfaces

Why a category exists
Categories exist to solve a class of problem that current tools can't. Merchants don't need better coupons — they need a system where every marketing dollar is tied to a verifiable outcome.
Why loyalty failed
Points require conversion, breakage, and app maintenance — three costs that scale with success. IP Cash removes all three.
Why discounts failed
You pay the same discount to every converter, including the ones who were going to convert. That's not a growth tool. It's a subsidy.
Why the OS wins
One data model, one wallet, one economics — every surface reinforces the others. That's why point solutions can't catch up.
The founders' view
We're building the operating system that should have been built ten years ago.
Every category that gets replaced starts the same way. A generation of merchants tolerates a broken tool because there's no alternative. Then someone builds the alternative and the tolerance evaporates in eighteen months.
That's the moment we're building for. Everything on this site — every product, every guide, every case study — is a proof that the alternative is here.
